Job Description
Internship for Customer Service Management
- Responsibility
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, social media, emails and live chat.
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Responsible to gather market information and customers’ feedback

- Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’S Degree in Customer Service Management,Tourism, Marketing, Sale Management, Communication, Journalism, Business Management, or a relevant course.
